Great Wharf Road Bridge, London (2001-4), Role: Project Director

Carrying the northern highway access into Canary Wharf, this twin arched-truss bridge spans the 65m North Dock and is raised using a single, huge hydraulic actuator to maintain navigation for larger vessels. Curved glass pedestrian canopies will complete the bridge in a future phase.
