Royal Ballet School 'Bridge of Aspiration', London (2001-3), Role: Project Director

Commissioned by the Royal Ballet School to link directly to the Royal Opera House, the 9m footbridge comprises a series of 23 square timber and aluminium portals, clad on all sides with clear or translucent glass. The bridge cladding rotates through 90º along its length, evoking the balletic fluidity of movement of the student dancers.
