We believe that people work best when they are fulfilled and happy.

We seek to ensure that our staff find their work enjoyable and rewarding and that individual interests and ambitions can be pursued. In particular, RIBA Part I and Part III students will be given appropriate experience whenever possible and will receive the close support of an experienced mentor.

Everyone is encouraged to work on a mixture of projects to develop and maintain skills in a variety of building types and structural forms. Although we enjoy producing drawings, images and models we never forget the most important part is actually realising the designs.

We are always pleased to hear from architecture students, graduates and qualified architects who have an interest in working for a practice which pursues excellence in all forms of design.
