Reporting to the Practice Manager, this wide-ranging role requires someone professional and friendly for front-of-house and studio admin duties as well as first class communication skills to assist with marketing and business development.
This role will suit someone who has a keen eye for detail and an interest in the design world.
Marketing duties include:
- Create and maintain project collateral
- Update practice website
- Collate content for bids, competitions and media enquiries
- Assist with award submissions
- Assist with organising and executing events
Administrative duties include:
- Daily upkeep of the studio
- Manage supplier relationships
- Greet clients and visitors
- Answer telephones and manage post
- Organise staff travel
- Occasional HR support
- Assist with financial reports and bank reconciliations
- Assist Directors’ PA and project teams with overflow
Your Profile
Essential skills and personal strengths:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent organisational skills
- Adept at multi-tasking with a strong can-do attitude
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills including professional telephone manner
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop)
- Fluency with social media platforms (especially Instagram and LinkedIn)
Package:
- £22,000-£24,000 p.a. commensurate with experience
- Full-time role based in Kings Cross studio (some remote working considered)
- 23 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro rata), rising with length of service
