Filming at Taplow Footbridge
18 September 2019
Martin Knight recently spent a sunny, late summer afternoon at our Taplow Footbridge with the Living Waterways Awards film crew. As a shortlisted entrant, the structure will feature as part of a showreel at the awards ceremony this autumn. Martin was interviewed alongside COWI and Berkeley Homes about the positive impact the bridge has had on this stretch of the Thames and the immediate surroundings.
We're looking forward to an enjoyable awards evening at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham on 10 October when the winners will be announced.
"Whittling down a very competitive field to these 19 finalists was a tough job. Each and every project is making a difference to people’s lives and these Awards continue to recognise and celebrate the immense diversity of activities that are drawing more people to these wonderful waterways and helping them to lead happier and healthier lives."
